About

Founded in 1997 as a Regional PPO Network covering eight states in and around Montana, Interwest Health today represents one of the region’s leading networks.  Clients access Interwest Health for commercial group health, workers’ compensation and first party auto liability coverage.  In 2021, Interwest Health became a wholly owned subsidiary of Prime Health Services, Inc. (see: www.primehealthservices.com), one of the premier PPO networks nationally.  Interwest Health continues to operate independent of Prime Health Services, but with the support of a national network to offer broader coverage.

As a regional preferred provider organization (PPO), Interwest Health is available to companies needing to provide value to their clients by utilizing a broad network of credentialed providers and facilities to provide the best possible health coverage.  InterWest Health’s network spans the region and includes direct contracts in Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, Washington and Wyoming with additional access through its parent company to providers in Utah, South Dakota and Nebraska.

Interwest Health represents a growing and developing PPO network with a unique presence in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest.
